Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method that uses chemicals in a small amount, generates a small amount of sludge, can obtain excellent treatment water quality, and has superior dewaterability of sludge in a coagulation treatment of oil-containing washing wastewater containing an alkali agent having anion electric charge.SOLUTION: In a wastewater treatment method for carrying out a coagulation treatment by adding a cation-based polymer coagulant to oil-containing washing wastewater of pH 10 or higher containing an alkali agent having anion electric charge, predetermined low-molecular-weight and high-molecular-weight polymers principally composed of a dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate-based quaternary polymer are used at a mass ratio of 10/90 to 40/60 as the cation-based polymer coagulant.
