PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire cleaner which eliminates the need for positioning a wheeled chair in its width direction, and is easy to adjust in positioning its front and rear cleaning brush rolls.SOLUTION: A wheeled chair tire cleaner 1 includes a front wheel cleaning brush roll 22 elongated in the width direction, and a rear wheel cleaning brush roll 12. Adjustment work is not required for positioning front and rear brush rolls 22, 12 to the right and left so as to fit the width distance of front and rear wheels, and the front and rear wheels are only required to rest on the front and rear brush rolls 22, 12. As to the adjustment for longitudinal distance between the front and rear brush rolls 22, 12, a front wheel cleaning unit 6 is visually slid longitudinally for positioning by operating a locking lever 26, so that the adjustment for the longitudinal distance can be visually executed, and the adjustment work for the longitudinal distance can be executed easily and accurately.
