FRYER APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frier device provided with a cooking basket and provided with an openable/closable lid on an upper opening of the cooking basket, which is capable of automatically opening and closing the lid as the cooking basket is raised and lowered, and capable of adjusting the timing of opening and closing the lid and an opening degree according to a kind of a food material to be cooked.SOLUTION: A fryer apparatus includes: an oil tank 1; a heater 2 for heating cooking oil inside the oil tank; a cooking basket 4 disposed near the oil tank, for housing a food material to be cooked; a lid 42 provided on the cooking basket and capable of opening and closing an upper opening; a raising and lowering device 3 for automatically raising and lowering the cooking basket between the inside of the cooking oil inside the oil tank and the outside of the cooking oil; and a means for adjusting an opening degree of the lid accompanying the raising/lowering operation of the cooking basket, that is, an engaging device 44 provided on the lid, and receivers 37 and 38 provided near a path where the engaging device 44 is raised and lowered at required parts of the device. The lid is opened and closed by engagement or disengagement of the engaging device and the receivers as the cooking basket is raised and lowered.
