PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a chair having casters while securing the strength of the casters when the casters are used.SOLUTION: A chair 1 includes: a seat 2; a leg structure 3 for supporting the seat 2; and casters 8 rolling around caster attaching shafts fixed to parts in back of the front end of the leg structure 3, and located at positions separate from a setting floor surface. The chair 1 adopts a configuration wherein the lower surface of a part corresponding to a position in the front and rear direction at least from the front end of the leg structure 3 to the caster attaching shafts is separated upward from the setting floor surface when a person is seated on the seat.
