Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting system transmitting/receiving an electric signal by field coupling, the system stably and efficiently supplying power to a load resistor.SOLUTION: A transmitting system comprises a power transmitting device transmitting an electric signal, and a power receiving device receiving the electric signal in a non-contact manner. The power receiving device includes a load resistor, a coil part, a capacitor part, a first power receiving electrode and a second power receiving electrode, in which the first power receiving electrode, the coil part and the second power receiving electrode are series-connected in order, the load resistor is parallel-connected to a part or all of the coil part, and the capacitor part is parallel-connected to the coil part. The power transmitting device includes a first power transmitting electrode and a second power transmitting electrode, and transmits an electric signal to the power receiving device at an angular frequency determined by coupling capacitance of a first transmitting capacitor and a second transmitting capacitor, and capacitance of the capacitor part. The first transmitting capacitor is formed by the first power transmitting electrode and the first power receiving electrode.
