Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize low-loss and flat frequency responses in adding common mode signals and differential mode signals to a differential data signal.SOLUTION: A circuit includes data input ports 516 and 517, data output ports 518 and 519, pickoff tees 514 and 515 coupled therebetween, and a resistive network 512 coupled between the pickoff tees 514 and 515. The resistance of the pickoff tees 514 and 515 and the resistive network 512 can be selected such that the impedance viewed from the input side of the data input ports and the data output ports is matched to desired system impedance.
