Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic speaker device which allows generated speech to have a linear relationship with an input signal, without applying a bias voltage and without using an electret material.SOLUTION: An input signal a1 including a positive value and a negative value is normalized, the signal a3 thus normalized is subjected to square rooting, and the signal a4 subjected to square rooting is corrugated. A voltage a7 corresponding to the signal a5 thus corrugated is applied to a pair of electrodes 11, 12, without applying a bias voltage thereto, and an electrostatic speaker 10 is vibrated thus generating speech.
