Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly execute call control processing even when a lot of incoming calls are concentrated.SOLUTION: A telephone controller includes an incoming call monitoring section 14, a call control section 16 and a massage processing section 12. The incoming call monitoring section 14 monitors an incoming call reported from a telephone network 50 to obtain an incoming call occurence frequency per unit time. The call control section 16 compares the incoming call occurence frequency with a reference frequency when returning a call processing termination massage to the telephone network 50. When the incoming call occurence frequency is equal to or less than the reference frequency, the call control section 16 instructs the massage processing section 12 to immediately return the call processing termination massage. When the incoming call occurence frequency is more than the reference frequency, the call control section 16 instructs the massage processing section 12 to return the call processing termination massage after holding for a certain waiting time. |
