Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel and a display device including the touch panel.SOLUTION: A display device can include a touch panel arranged on a display panel. The touch panel can include at least one phase retardation layer, a polarization plate arranged on the at least one phase retardation layer, a touch sensing structure including at least one sensing pattern formed directly on at least one face of the phase retardation layer and/or at least one face of the polarization plate, an adhesion layer arranged on the polarization plate and a window arranged on the adhesion layer. The display device can include the touch sensing structure formed directly on the phase retardation layer and/or the polarization plate, so that the thickness of the touch panel can be reduced because any thick base film is not required. Furthermore, the touch sensing structure can be formed directly on the phase retardation layer and/or the polarization plate, so that the loss of light emitted from the display panel of the display device can be reduced.
