PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an information display panel in which a partition wall is formed on a substrate surface selectively and quantitatively in a short time period with an imprint method in a method for manufacturing an information display panel.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing an information display panel in which a space formed by a plurality of cells defined by a partition wall is provided on a surface on one substrate 62 of two opposing substrates at least one of which is transparent, the method comprising: a step A of selectively applying a liquid resin composition 69p on a substrate surface; a step B of mounting a resin-made stamper 57 having an uneven pattern for forming a partition wall on the substrate surface on which the resin composition is applied so that a surface having the uneven pattern is adhered to the substrate; a step C of pressing the stamper in the substrate direction while rolling a roller 55 relatively to the stamper over the entire region of the stamper; and after the steps A to C, curing the resin composition and forming a partition wall on the substrate surface by releasing the stamper.
