CONTROL DEVICE OF DISTRICT HEAT ENERGY SUPPLY NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reducing energy consumption of an entire district heating energy supply network by optimizing operations of a heat source facility or carrier facility in consideration of heat radiation loss or pressure loss of heating medium, when there are heat sources/exhaust heat sources in the district heating energy supply network.SOLUTION: A control device of the district heating energy supply network includes a means, with respect to a district heating energy supply network that connects heat sources and consumers that exist dispersedly in a district, for predicting heat generated amounts of the heat sources and heat demand amounts of the consumers and performs supply of hot heat and cold heat, and a means for evaluating energy loss amounts of heat mediums in the district heating energy supply network. The control device also creates an operation plan of the facility connected to the district heating energy supply network so that energy consumption in the district heating energy supply network becomes minimal by utilizing information of the heat generated amounts, heat demand amounts, and energy loss amounts of the heat mediums, and controls the facility based on the operation plan.
