Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin composition which is excellent in solvent resistance to polar solvents of a cured material and is also excellent in adhesion and flexibility, or the like.SOLUTION: An aqueous polyurethane resin composition is obtained by reacting an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer, formed from at least a polyol component (A) and a polyisocyanate component (B), through water and a polyamine component (C) while emulsifying the isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer in the water. The polyol component (A) contains a polyol (a) not having an anion forming substituent and a polyol (b) having an anion forming substituent. The polyamine component (C) is an aliphatic or alicyclic polyamine, and the amino group contained in the polyamine component (C) is 0.80-3.00 mol to 1 mol of hydroxyl group contained in the polyol component (A). Further, the polyurethane resin emulsified in water is insoluble in tetrahydrofuran.
