Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper molding processing method which does generate discernible wrinkles in an upright portion of a paper molding in the processing of the paper molding in which a single blank having paper as a main component is drawn using a punch and a die, and to provide a manufacturing apparatus that performs the paper molding processing method.SOLUTION: When a sheet-shaped blank 9a having paper as a main component is drawn by using a punch 7 and a die 3, a method for manufacturing a paper molding suppresses the generation of wrinkles by the coordination of functions acting on the blank 9a in two regions by applying pressure via a second wrinkle limiting member 2 in the internal peripheral region while maintaining a gap between a first wrinkle limiting member 1 and the die 3 constant in the external peripheral region of a portion to be applied with blank processing.
