Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an effect similar to an effect obtainable by prescription using in-hospital piping or an oxygen cylinder to a patient without increasing the scale of a device.SOLUTION: A compressor 20 generates compressed air from raw material air. A PSA part 30 generates high concentration oxygen to be supplied to a patient through the use of the generated compressed air. An oxygen sensor 43 detects the oxygen concentration of the high concentration oxygen generated by the PSA part 30. An operation part 81 sets a prescription oxygen flow rate. A flow rate adjustment part 46 adjusts the oxygen flow rate of the high concentration oxygen to be supplied to a patient, on the basis of the concentration of oxygen to be actually supplied to a patient, the prescription oxygen flow rate, and a reference oxygen concentration.
