Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless connector with a novel structure in which inlet and outlet ports of a chemical solution flow path are disposed on one side and the other side of the longitudinal direction of a housing respectively, and blood is prevented from reversely flowing.SOLUTION: A needleless connector includes a structure in which a chemical solution flow path 14 is formed in a housing 12, an elastic valve 62 having a slit 64 is attached to an inlet port 16, the slit 64 of the elastic valve 62 is opened by inserting a male lure 94 into the inlet port 16 of the chemical solution flow path 14, and thus the chemical solution flow path 14 is switched from a disconnected state to a communication state. In the connector, an elastic body housing section 54 is formed on the housing 12, and a bag-like elastic body 70 is disposed on the elastic body housing section 54. With this configuration, the bag-like elastic body 70 is pushed by the male lure 94 pressed thereinto from the inlet port 16 to elastically deform it, thereby increasing the volume of the chemical solution flow path 14, and the male lure 94 is pulled out to restore the bag-like elastic body 70 into an original state, thereby decreasing the increased volume of the chemical solution flow path 14.
