Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency medical care system reducing a workload of ambulance crews and allowing smooth medical cooperation with a conveyance destination hospital to be possible before conveyance.SOLUTION: An emergency medical care system 1 includes:an ambulance crew terminal device 100 carried by an ambulance crew member E; and a hospital terminal device 200 installed at a conveyance destination hospital H. The ambulance crew terminal device 100 includes: a voice input section 301 for voice-inputting a medical procedure report content which is a medical procedure content provided by the ambulance crew member E based on instructions from an instruction-guidance doctor D or a report content given to the conveyance destination hospital H; a voice-character conversion section 304 for voice-recognizing this medical procedure report content and converting the same into characters; a background information preparation section 305 for preparing background information by adding a time to the characterized medical procedure report content; and a background information transmission section 306 for transmitting the prepared background information. The hospital terminal device 200 includes: a hospital side reception section 321 for receiving the background information; and a hospital side successive output section 322 for visualizing the background information and successively outputting the same.
