Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate the visual field range peripheral part of a wide angle imaging lens with light from an LED light source.SOLUTION: In a camera LED-illuminating device 100 arranged outside in the radial direction of an imaging lens barrel A1, the optical axes 1-1',.. of a plurality of LED light sources 1-1,.. arranged on a circle C1 around the center axis line A1' of the imaging lens barrel A1 are arranged in parallel with the center axis line A1', light L0 emitted from the light-emission center of the LED light source 1-1, passing through the light entering surface 2a1 of a light guide lens 2, reflected by a reflecting surface 2c1, passing through a light outgoing surface 2d1, and advancing in a plane S1 forms 2 with the optical axis 1-1', and light L3b emitted from the light-emission center of the LED light source 1-1, passing through the light entering surface 2a1 and a light outgoing surface 2d2, and advancing in the plane S1 forms 3(< 2) with the optical axis 1-1'. Light L4a reflected by a reflecting surface 2c2, passing through a light outgoing surface 2d3, and advancing in the plane S1 forms 4 with the optical axis 1-1', light L5a passing through a light outgoing surface 2d4 and advancing in the plane S1 forms 5(< 4) with the optical axis 1-1', and the light guide lens 2 is formed into a rotary body shape around the center axis line A1'.
