Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine moving blade having a moving blade back face shape capable of improving strength and durability, by restraining the occurrence of stress concentration in a root part of a moving blade back face, while reducing the moment of inertia of the moving blade without changing a blade shape.SOLUTION: A turbine moving blade 1 is integrally formed with a shaft-shaped hub part 40 connected with a rotary shaft 19 and blade parts 11 formed around the hub part 40. The hub part 40 has a shape of gradually becoming a large diameter toward a back face 42 being one end side in the rotary shaft direction, and an annular recessed-shaped part 44 is formed on the back face 42 with the center line L of the rotary shaft 19 as the center. A cross-sectional shape in the rotary shaft direction of the recessed-shaped part 44 is constituted of a circular arc or a part of a curve shape of major axis symmetry of an elliptic shape and an egg shape, and is formed so that the center of the circular arc or a position of the major axis b' is positioned outside the hub part 40 from the back face 42 and the major axis b' becomes parallel to the back face 42.
