Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a container having a film by which the film is surely attached to the container to manufacture the container having the film while preventing a cost increase, and to provide the container having the film manufactured by using the method for manufacturing the container with the film.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a container having a film, a first hot-melt adhesive soluble (dispersible) to alkali is applied at 90 to 110°C to the back face of a front end portion 2Aa of a film 2A to form a first adhesive portion 70; a second hot-melt adhesive showing viscosity of 200 to 10,000 Pa s at 120°C during a heat application process and viscosity of 10 to 150 Pa s at 110°C during a cooling process is applied to the back face of a rear end portion 2Ab at 110 to 145°C to form a second adhesive portion 72; the first adhesive portion 70 is pasted on the outer peripheral surface of the container 18, and the film 2A is wrapped around the container 18; then the second adhesive portion 72 is pasted on the surface of the film 2A; and subsequently, steam or hot air of 60 to 110°C is sent against the film 2A to cause it to shrink.
