Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device that can appropriately perform control in consideration of the rotation speed difference of an output member before and after filter processing when calculating the difference of the rotation speed of the engagement device.SOLUTION: A control device performs filtering to rotation speed of an output member; calculates rotation speed differences between engaging members of an engagement device based on the rotation speed after filtering and the rotational speed of a rotating electric machine; executes rotational speed control of a rotating electric machine, when the difference of rotation speed of the engagement device is larger than the determination threshold, under the execution of a state migration control to shift the engagement device from a slip connection state to a directly connection state; implements target transition control to end the rotation speed control and starts torque control, when the rotation speed difference becomes below the determination threshold; and sets the determination threshold so that the determination threshold may grow according to growing of the change speed of the rotation speed of the output member.
