Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminated film having superior transparency, thermal insulating properties, and scratch resistance while suppressing the occurrence of a squeegee scar.SOLUTION: A transparent laminate part 14 obtained by alternately laminating metal oxide and metal thin films is formed on at least one surface of a transparent polymer film 12 serving as a substrate. A protective layer 20 comprising silicon oxide protecting a surface of the transparent laminate part 14 is formed on an outer side of the transparent laminate part 14. A squeegee stress relaxing layer 18 comprising an olefin resin relaxing squeegee stress during film construction is formed between the transparent laminate part 14 and the protective layer 20.
