Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel light control film with high flexibility and durability, which enables simple workability and inexpensive supply that have been impossible in a conventional light control film, and can be attached to an existing glass window for a use, and also has a light control function, and a crack prevention function (for crime prevention and disaster prevention), and a method of manufacturing the light control film.SOLUTION: A light control film has a light control layer between a pair of transference electrodes facing each other carried on a base material. The base material is a film base material, and the transference electrodes are combined electrodes that contain metal microparticles and a conductive polymer.
