Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment apparatus for high-frequency-band variable attenuators capable of importing discrete characteristics such as an individual difference and adjusting attenuation.SOLUTION: The adjustment apparatus for high-frequency-band variable attenuators includes: a measurement unit 11A that measures a high-frequency output signal G2 from a high-frequency-band variable attenuator 3 under a predetermined sweep signal G3, defines it as a measurement signal G4, and determines linearity of the high-frequency attenuation characteristics on the basis of the measurement signal G4 and the sweep signal; and a control signal generation unit 12 that attenuates the sweep signal G3 by predetermined attenuation and at that time, attenuates the sweep signal G3 at the attenuation set according to a determination result related to the linearity of the high-frequency attenuation characteristics to generate an attenuation control voltage signal G6, and outputs the attenuation control voltage signal G6 to the high-frequency-band variable attenuator 3.
