Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in heat exchange efficiency in a heat exchanger by suppressing deformation and damage of fins provided to a heat-transfer tube.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a casing 31 having a tubular shape penetrating in a vertical direction; a plurality of upper support plates 42 having heat-transfer tube support holes 47 and supported by being hung in the casing 31; a heat-transfer tube 51 having serrate fins 53 at an outer periphery thereof and inserted into each of the heat-transfer tube support holes 47 so as to be supported in a substantially horizontal manner; and a spacer 54 mounted to a lower part of the heat-transfer tube 51 facing the heat-transfer tube support hole 47.
