Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch which can block electricity carrying to an electromagnetic coil when a rotor rotates while sliding on an armature by suppressing an increase of the number of part items.SOLUTION: A coil wire 3a of an electromagnetic coil 3 has a first welded part 3b1 and a second welded part 3b2 which are welded to a pair of lead wires 42, 43, respectively, and a segmented part 3c which is segmented between the first welded part 3b1 and the second welded part 3b2 so that the electromagnetic coil 3 may be connected to a circuit block part 40 in series thereto. The coil wire 3a is supported by coil wire supports 36 to 38 which are arranged at a coil holding part 30 so that the coil wire 3a may be arranged along the pair of lead wires 42, 43 and adjacent to the pair of lead wires 42, 43.
