Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent for refractory moldings capable of forming a coating layer excellent in durability to molten metal such as molten aluminum metal which has a high erosive action by application onto the surface of the fireproof molding comprising ceramic material or the like.SOLUTION: A coating agent for refractory moldings includes 40-60 mass% of in total at least one kind selected from silicon nitride, boron nitride and silicon carbide in solid content conversion, 35-55 mass% of fluoride, and 1-15 mass% of colloidal silica as silica.
