Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a proportion of electric power regenerated to the power supply in the electric power based on the reverse electromotive voltage generated in a coil 200 for the headpin drive, and to decrease heat generation of the element.SOLUTION: A voltage detection circuit 11 changes the level of the signal output to a control signal generation circuit 12 according to the size of the reverse electromotive voltage generated in a coil 200 of a headpin drive circuit 20. The control signal generation circuit 12 outputs an on signal to a switch circuit 13 when the reverse electromotive voltage becomes more than a prescribed voltage, and outputs an off signal to the switch circuit 13 when the reverse electromotive voltage becomes less than the prescribed voltage. The switch circuit 13 connects the coil 200 and a smoothing circuit 14 when the on signal is input, and intercepts the continuity of the coil 200 and the smoothing circuit 14 when the off signal is input. The smoothing circuit 14 is connected to the positive potential side of the power supply of the headpin drive circuit 20 with the output terminal, smoothes and refluxes the current generated by the reverse electromotive voltage supplied from the coil 200 through the switch circuit 13.
