Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine structure for attestation which suppresses the manufacturing cost and can not be forged, and a method for manufacturing it.SOLUTION: There is provided a fine structure for attestation in which an expanding part with a width expanded in a first direction is arranged in plurality in a second direction different from the first direction, and the first distance between the first expanded part and a second expanded part adjoining the first expanded part, and the second distance between the second expanded part and the third expanded part adjoining the second expanded part are different. In addition, the fine structure has a third distance between the third expanded part and the fourth expanded part adjoining the third expanded part, and the distance may become shorter in the order of the first distance, the second distance and the third distance.
