Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining device capable of maintaining machining quality while making a machining range the same regardless of a change in work distance.SOLUTION: A control unit changes a range 0- 2 of deflection angles as scan angles of a galvanometer mirror and a scanning speed according to a work distance such that it is machined at the same position on a print surface (a machined surface) of a workpiece and with the same size, regardless of the distance of the work distance between a laser emission port 46 and the workpiece. That is, the control unit controls such that the larger the work distance is, the narrower the range of deflection angles of the galvanometer mirror becomes and the slower the scanning speed of the galvanometer mirror becomes. Further, the control unit controls such that the smaller the work distance is, the wider the range of deflection angles of the galvanometer mirror becomes and the faster the scanning speed of the galvanometer mirror becomes.
