Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device capable of preventing glare due to LED light and still giving brighter illumination in energy saving and at a low cost by efficiently utilizing the LED light.SOLUTION: The LED lighting device 1 is provided with an LED light-emitting part 2, a translucent diffusion plate 3 arranged separated on a light projection side of the LED light-emitting part 2, a first reflection plate 4 which is arranged on the light projection side of the LED light-emitting part 2 and reflects the light from the LED light-emitting part 2 and guides it to the translucent diffusion plate 3, and a second reflection plate 5 which is arranged on the projection light side of the translucent diffusion plate 3 and reflects the emitted light from the translucent diffusion plate 3 and controls it for convergence.
