Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique that can prevent deterioration of components constituting a heat pump in a heating device utilizing the heat pump, as a heat source, for absorbing heat from an ambient air.SOLUTION: A heating device includes: a heat pump for absorbing heat from an ambient air and heating a heat transfer medium; a tank for storing the heat transfer medium; a heat accumulation circulating path for circulating the heat transfer medium between the heat pump and the tank; a heating terminal for heating by radiating heat from the heat transfer medium; a heating circulation path for circulating the heat transfer medium between the tank and the heating terminal; and a means for counting a number of the starting of the heat pump. The heating device inhibits restarting the heat pump if the number of starting the heat pump in a predetermined period reaches a predetermined times.
