Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchange element and a heat exchange type ventilator using the same.SOLUTION: A heat exchange element 1 is configured so that a plurality of heat transfer means 2 each having a gap keeping member 3 for keeping a gap are laminated and ventilation airflow paths 4 and supply airflow paths 5 are assembled layer by layer. The heat exchange element is configured so that each of at least a part of the ventilation airflow paths 4 and at least a part of the supply airflow paths 5 is wave-formed along an advancing direction. Thus, a surface area can be larger compared to the case where the ventilation airflow paths 4 and the supply airflow paths 5 are flat, a turbulent component can be increased, and the pressure loss of the ventilation airflow paths 4 and that of the supply airflow paths 5 are substantially the same magnitude. Accordingly, an air volume does not have imbalance, and thereby heat exchange efficiency can be enhanced.
