Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin layer and a polyolefin layer laminated thereon.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a laminate includes: a step of melt-coextruding a thermoplastic resin and polyolefin to obtain a film-like material; and a step of inserting the film-like material between a shaping roll and a touch roll to manufacture the laminate in which a thermoplastic resin layer and a polyolefin layer are laminated. In the laminate, a surface in contact with the polyolefin resin layer of the thermoplastic resin layer is a matt surface. The method uses the shaping roll, in which the maximum height roughness (Rz) on the outer peripheral surface and the average length (RSm) of contour curve elements satisfy the relation of 0.2≤Rz/RSm≤1.0.
