Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration direction converting horn having a cross shape and capable of obtaining a clear vibration without turbulance.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a vibration direction converting horn 1 including a horn part 3 having a cross that converts a vibration of a first direction to a vibration of a second direction in an ultrasonic transducer 2. The horn part 3 is provided with a die part 7 at one end part 5a in the second direction, wherein a balance adjustment part 8 for adjusting a vibration balance of the horn part 3 at the other end part 5b in the second direction.
