Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-electric hybrid substrate that can be manufactured at a low cost, and can propagate an optical signal into an optical light guide without loss of the optical signal, while not needing high level control of positioning of a mirror section of the optical light guide and a light emission element.SOLUTION: In the photo-electric hybrid substrate, a light emission element is mounted on a substrate on which an electric circuit is formed, and an optical waveguide including a core and a clad is formed on a surface opposite to the light emission element mounted surface. A plurality of cores each having oblique mirror sections at their respective ends are arranged adjacent to a light receiving section of the optical waveguide corresponding to one light emission element in parallel to each other in a core width direction. |
