Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which when using a method of transferring a recording material on which tonner is fixed to a gloss adjustment device, gloss is caused to be developed even on a sheet required not to develop gloss, that is, it is impossible to cause gloss to be developed only on an image formed on a desired recording medium.SOLUTION: An image forming device which has a first transferring means 211 for transferring a recording medium and a second transferring means different from the first transferring means for transferring the recording medium, in which the first transferring means 211 has a gloss generating means 2 for causing gloss to be developed on an image formed on the recording medium. The transfer controlling means causes the first transferring means 211 to transfer the recording medium when the gloss information represents that gloss should be developed on an image formed on the recording medium, and causes the second transferring means to transfer the recording medium when the gloss information represents that gloss should not be developed on the image formed on the recording medium.
