Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting and lowering truck that can prevent a fall without fail even if the lifting and lowering truck is tall, designed narrow in the width direction, and inclined in the width direction.SOLUTION: A lifting and lowering truck 10 has: pedestal parts (first pedestal part 12A and second pedestal part 12B) having wheels; and lifting and lowering cargo receiving parts (cargo receiving frames 27 and lifting and lowering mechanisms 38) that can slide in the height direction for the pedestal parts to adjust the height. The lifting and lowering cargo receiving parts have pins connected with support bars 52 rotatable in the width direction of the lifting and lowering truck 10.
