Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-covered foamed molded article which is excellent in fusion bonding of foamed particles, each other, and adhesion of the foamed particles and the skin, in which a prolonged molding cycle is not required when manufacturing the skin-covered foamed molded article by blow-molding a hollow molded body, filling the foamed particles in the hollow molded body, heating and fusion-bonding.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the skin-covered foamed molded article includes: a step of forming the hollow molded body 3 having a recessed portion 30 corresponding to the shape of a protruding portion 41 by abutting a parison with the protruding portion 41 formed projectively on an inner surface 2 of a mold cavity, and blow-molding; a step of penetrating a steam supply tube 42 through the recessed portion 30; a step of inserting the steam supply tube 42 into the hollow molded body 3; a step of supplying the steam from the steam supply tube 42 inserted into the hollow molded body 3; and a step of heating and fusion-bonding the foamed particles.
