The floating body 2 has a floating front surface 10 facing the wave upper side F on the upstream side in the direction of advancement of the Tsunami W. The floating body 2 is formed so that the floating front surface 10 is inclined to the wave upper side F, and so that the angle between the floating front surface 10 and a still water surface is at least 5 degrees and less than 90 degrees.
