Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band fastener which enables a band to be wound around an electric pole, etc. without requiring an excessive force even when the band has little stretch.SOLUTION: A rotation lever 11 has a band winding part 11a, a rotation shaft part 11f, and an engagement part 11b. In the band winding part 11a, a band insertion hole 11a1 through which one end of a band 2 passes and a sliding part 11c, which is positioned at the tip side of the rotation lever 11 relative to a rotation center of the rotation shaft part 11f, slidably contacts with the band 2 when the rotation lever 11 is rotated, and concurrently moves a sliding portion to the tip side of the rotation lever 11, are provided. The sliding part 11c has a shape where a center part is recessed to the rotation center side of the rotation shaft part 11f relative to both sides in a width direction. The base part 12 has a rotation shaft support part 12a rotatably supporting the rotation shaft part 11f of the rotation lever 11, an engaged part 12b, and band engagement holes 12c1 to 12c3.
