Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize appropriate packet transfer on the basis of a request from an application that has a possibility of being rejected by a prior art technique, and to avoid unnecessary processing and unnecessary allocation of communication resources.SOLUTION: When a NAS layer 120 of a communication node (UE 100) receives a request message from an application layer 110 to request establishment of connection with a network, the NAS layer 120 refers to a table of information included in the request message (for example, a QCI value or an application ID) and information indicating a connection destination (APN) to acquire related APN. If LIPA PDN connection using the acquired APN is already established, the NAS layer 120 utilizes the LIPA PDN connection, and if LIPA PDN connection using the acquired APN is not established, the NAS layer 120 performs establishment processing of PDN connection storing the acquired APN.
