ELECTRONIC MEDICAL CHART SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart system capable of retrieving medical record data related to medical history data from a medical record database on the basis of patient information and date information in the medical history data retrieved from a medical history database.SOLUTION: The electronic medical chart system includes first means and second means. When the name of a disease is input as a retrieving condition, the first means retrieves data including the name of the disease input as a retrieving condition from a database. And, on the basis of at least a patient ID and a start date in the data in each data retrieved by the first means, the second means retrieves data in which the examination date of the patient ID is within a prescribed period from an earlier first examination date closest to the start date.
