The inspected part determination part 171a makes the display part 111 display a selection screen for receiving selection of the inspected part, and determines the inspected part on the basis of operation detected by the operation part 112. The result registration part 171b makes the display part 111 display an image representing a shape of the inspected part determined by the inspected part determination part 171a, and on the basis of operation detected by the operation part 112, performs edition processing on the image, to reflect an inspection result of the inspected part on the image, and makes the storage part 17 store the image in association with the inspected part.
