Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a flow of fluid between turbine components in order to improve the efficiency and performance of a turbine.SOLUTION: The turbine assembly (100) includes a stator (204) and a rotor (202) adjacent to the stator. The turbine assembly also includes a passage (212) formed in a projection (210) from the rotor to form a fluid curtain (308) between the rotor and stator. The fluid curtain reduces a flow of fluid (214) into a hot gas flow path (218).
