CLOTHING FOR EXERCISE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothing for exercise capable of improving muscle power during exercising.SOLUTION: The clothing 1 for exercise is worn in such a state as to substantially tightly fit to a body. The clothing 1 for exercise has a portion covering at least from a waist up to an upper part of a thigh, and is constituted of cloth having elasticity. The clothing 1 for exercise has fastening parts 2 and 3 strong in fastening force and the fastening parts 2 and 3 are formed on both sides of right and left of a skeletal muscle along a longitudinal direction so as not to cover a belly muscle of the skeletal muscle. The skeletal muscle is one or more of muscles selected from the group consisting of musculus rectus femoris, vastus intermedius, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, biceps femoris, semimembranosus, and semitendinosus.
