Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a storage-stable conjugated diene rubber composition for tire treads and giving a tire of an excellent low exothermal property.SOLUTION: The process for producing a conjugated diene rubber composition for tire treads includes a coupling step to obtain a coupling polymer by reacting a specific silicon compound (A) with a conjugated diene polymer chain having active terminals and a modification step to obtain a modified polymer by reacting a specific polyorganosiloxane (B) with the conjugated diene polymer. The conjugated diene rubber composition for tire treads includes a mixture of the coupling polymer and the modified polymer. The peak top molecular weight as detected by GPC of the conjugated diene polymer chain having active terminals is within a specific range. The ratio of the trifurcated polymer chains in the mixture of the coupling polymer and the modified polymer is within a specific range.
