PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box in which packing boxes are assembled into a specific semi-manufactured product in advance so that a plurality of semi-finished products can be stacked, and a completed product is easy to assemble in packing work.SOLUTION: In a blank plate of the packing box 100, first inner side plates 4a, 4b are folded onto first adjacent outer side plates 3a, 2b, flaps 7a-7b are folded onto part of folding plates 6a-6b, and first side plates 21a, 21b are formed while retaining a state where the first inner side plates 4a, 4b and the first outer side plates 2a, 2b are folded. Moreover, in the blank plate, the first side plates 21a, 21b are folded onto a main plate 1, the flaps 7a-7d and the folding plates 6a-6d are folded onto second outer side plates 3a, 3b, and parts between a sixth folding line L6 and a sub-folding line 11 are fixed to the second outer side plates 3a, 3b as fixed regions R1-R4 excluding a non-overlapped region 61 where the flaps 7a-7b of the folding plates 6a-6d are not overlapped.
