Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a storage battery to be added to a circuit of a solar cell and a PCS connected together without requiring a modification to the PCS.SOLUTION: A storage battery 7 is connected via a storage battery DC/DC converter 6 between a solar cell 1 and a PCS 2 with an MPPT control function in a circuit in which the solar cell 1 is system-connected to an AC system 3 via the PCS 2. When there is an output of the solar cell 1, on the basis of a command 9 fed from a power control device 8, the storage battery DC/DC converter 6 converts a voltage Vdc of the output of the solar cell 1 to a voltage Vb of the storage battery 7 and charges the storage battery 7 with a resultant constant current Ib. The curve of a graph of a voltage-current characteristic of power input into the PCS 2 is just a constant current value change from the curve of a graph of a voltage-current characteristic of output power of the solar cell 1.
