PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button structure which improve releasability between a metal mold and a molding while suppressing occurrence of rattling when a pressing member is pressed, and an electronic apparatus comprising the push button structure.SOLUTION: In a push button structure 1, the push button structure 1 comprises: a pressing member 15 in which a guide rib 19 is provided; and a guide groove part 18 for guiding the guide rib 19. The guide groove part 18 comprises a pair of twisting surfaces 37 gradually separated mutually from a base edge end portion 35a extending along a reciprocating direction Y of the pressing member 15 toward an opening edge end portion 35b positioned separately from the base edge end portion 35a in direction intersecting the reciprocating direction Y of the pressing member 15, and gradually separated mutually from an upper end portion 35c of the guide groove part 18 toward a lower end portion 35d of the guide groove portion 18. The guide rib 19 comprises a pair of side face parts 47 in a shape along the pair of twisting surfaces 37.
