Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which has excellent conditioning characteristics and high temperature stability.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic includes the following components (A), (B), (C) and water. (A): amide amine represented by general formula (I) (wherein, Rdenotes an aliphatic hydrocarbon group). (B): organic carboxylic acid. (C): 8 to 30C aliphatic alcohol. The ratio of the amide amine as a 20C fatty acid residue in the RCO in the general formula (I) is 51 to 99 mass% to the whole of the component (A), and further, [the amide amine having a 20C fatty acid residue]/[the amide amine having a 22C fatty acid residue] is ≤100 in the component (A).
